Back in the late 1990's, I played a ("massively" multiplayer) game called **Legends of Kesmai** on a web property that I helped build during my time at Kesmai. While the art wasn't sophisticated, even for the time, it had great game play elements and level dynamics not dissimilar to today's games. It also had a fantastic community. It was possible to hunt alone, but many of the interesting lairs (with the interesting loot) required a party. There were also "clans" -- like today's guilds, but far less formal. I was in the Wulf clan and have fond memories of the kinship from that era. I generated these pages to tell clan mates what characters I had that could be called on for a party and because I was a web guy. Making web pages was a thing I did. Here is where my characters got to before EA decided to shutter LoK in favor of Ultima Online. It was the _right_ choice, but a personally disappointing one.:
